At psAfterlife we invite you to organize your Legacy and pass it on safely and securely to those you wish by way of messages we call postscripts.

psAfterlife preserves your Legacy and reveals it to your loved ones, after your life. psAfterlife allows you to register instructions about your assets and property, write posthumous messages and record your memorabilia.

This information will be stored by psAfterlife safely and permanently. In this way you can ensure that you will have an essencial backup in case of an emergency, and your family and friends will know your wishes in the event of your death.

What is a Legacy?

Your Legacy at psAfterlife may consist of:

  • Estate Planning: Instructions as the administration and disposition of your assets and property.
  • Posthumous Messages: Written messages for your loved ones as well as other people and institutions.
  • Memorabilia: Memorabilia you would like to record such as videos, pictures, audio and text.
  • Public Legacy: All the information you would like to make known posthumously about your life, your thoughts and your recommendations. It includes any informationyou would like to make available to the public through your legacy.

How is the Legacy organized?

All your records, assets, messages or memorabilia, will be stored as files called postscripts.

Each postscript describes the type of asset, message or file you wish to have recorded. It also includes your instructions regarding who the recipients are and the timing of it´s delivery. 

In order to help you create your postscripts, we offer a guide that will walk you through the entry of all the relevant data you may wish to register. This may include information such as bank accounts, properties, insurances policies, etc.

Each postscript can have one or more recipients.

How is the Legacy delivered to the recipients?

In the event that psAfterlife is notified of the death of one of its users, we first attempt to inform the user in order to ensure that the information is correct. We also confirm with those who have been designated as witnesses by the user.

We complete this security protocol in accordance with the user´s predeterminated instructions regarding deadlines and number of confirmations required for verification.

Once the information of the death of our user has been corroborated, we will send notices to all witnesses and release all messages to designated recipients. Messages will include links to help recipients access and review all postscripts prepared for them on our site.
